The 76th Mt Marshall Show - 24th March 2007 |
The Mt Marshall Community Show will be in its 76th year in 2007. The show has a long history of putting the Mt Marshall district on display and providing a great day of entertainment for all who attend. The show reaches a great cross section of the Mt Marshall and regional community.
In 2006 the Show was revamped and the event attracted nearly 700 people, which was a record. One aspect that resulted in the huge success of the show was the amount of sponsorship we received to assist us in putting on the best event that was possible.
The Show is planned to commence mid morning and go into the night. There will be displays and stalls of community groups, local and surrounding businesses, animals and local industries. There are also activities for children and youth throughout the day and entertainment into the night for the whole family with fireworks and a band.
The show is planned for the 24th of March 2007 and it will commence about 10am and go late into the night.
